Your doctor will give you a referral to see an Anywhere Healthcare specialist and schedule an online appointment. In most cases, your appointment will be within a week.

Once the appointment is made, you will be sent a link which you can access from home. You will need to access the link and set up your Anywhere Healthcare profile before you return to the clinic for your consultation.  If you don’t have an email address, Anywhere Healthcare will generate an email address to create an account for you.

You can talk to your specialist privately, or allow your doctor, practice nurse, a family member or carer to join the consultation. They may be able to help you explain your condition and to understand the specialist’s advice.

Your doctor and Anywhere Healthcare specialist can also share scans, test results and other information online. Any extra referrals or prescriptions from your specialist will be printed out for you in the clinic.

All information relating to your consultation will be securely stored online and can be shared with your doctor or other specialists.
